Q: How long does shipping take to arrive to me? 

Pre-Order & Shipping

• The Lip’s Art Tee is available exclusively on a pre-order basis.

• Fulfillment and shipping take 3 to 4 weeks from your order date.

• Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.

A: Pre-made items, typically require 1 day for fulfillment. prior to purchasing, we advise reviewing the product description, as refunds are not offered. 

 

Q: How does your refund policy work? 

Refund Policy

• 24-Hour Policy: All sales are final within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is submitted, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or modifications after this 24-hour window.

• Returns & Exchanges: Due to the limited nature and custom distressed design of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.
